I´m looking for a joomla based subscription-tool. Needed fields:
* Name
Age
Sex
* e-mail
Zip-code
City
* accept terms and conditions
*=required


Function-description:
User comes to registration page via advertising
User fills in the form and submit it. the system send an e-mail to the user with following content:
- Message, why user gets this e-mail
- acitviation-Link

After activation user gets second e-mail with Welcome message
and Link to the promotion site

This tool should be a component for Joomla 1.5. Links to terms and conditions, landingpage and so on should be part of a joomla 1.5. website.
also the configuration of the tool (E-Mail-text, link to landing pages ando so on) should be possible out of the joomla admin-site.

To each user i need following data:
- IP-Number of the client
- Date and Time of submitting the form
- All fields of the form
- Date and Time of clicking the activation-link and Client IP-Number
It should be possible to export the User-data into a csv-file.
