> Joomla Component for interest check-up for buildin of fiber optic net.

The component should look like the black box here:

The component purpose is to get people in a certain area to register as customers if the area is getting fiber optic net. When enough customers have registered their interest the diagaram shows green and the build out can start.

This should be included:

Heading for the component
Show an image of the area when clicking the object name(road)
A line indicating the interest in color from red to green in a few steps depending on percentige.
On mouse over-function showing,object name, total needed customers and total customers so far
When clicking the line, the customers should be able to register their interest.

Admin:
Write heading title
Adding areas(roads) and minimum required customers to start build out
Attaching an image that show up when clicking on the object name.
Add admin-email adress, where info about customers registrations are being sent.
Thank-you text that is shown after a customer have regsitered for an area.
Storing customer information, same as link above (email, area, phonenumber and address) This should also calculate the amount of registered customers for an area. If a customer is deleted in the area the total registered customers will decrease with 1. This function needed if someone just tests the form.
