We work with inDesign to produce many scientific publications but I want to use Latex in some of them.

I would like to send someone an InDesign template with all paragraph and character styles etc, margins, fonts used etc etc (and every other detail requested) and receive a .STY (and any other needed files) custom tailored for our needs.

I assume it depends on the complexity of my inDesign file but I would appreciate an idea of how much does it cost? How could we engage in further negotiation about my needs?
