We need to start buy giving them an introduction. Secretaries dont want to read two whole pages of text. They would rather have a two sided page with text, a rough example of earnings made up of a flow chart showing how much they could make. E.g 3 jobs a day at approx £5 commision each x 6 days a week = £90 x 4 weeks = £360
You must use the best example/s possible. Use a higher average for commission to make it more appealing.
Now use this to compare with there current salary. Show the salary as a break down per day or week. And then show how the extra cash would increase your annual income which is all theres to keep.
The commission can be arranged to any of there needs. e.g pick up from our west end based office, or give us account details for weekly, monthly or quarterly payouts, or we can drop it off to them in an unmarked envelope every month. These are some example, see if there are any other.

Show them that it is minimal work for pays which could result in them earning more per hour by using us then there existing job
