PLEASE NOTE - We speak much faster than we write or type. It is generally accepted that we can speak four times faster than we can type.
It is a commonly held misconception that it takes one hour to transcribe one hour of recorded tape. This is incorrect. The industry standard allows ONE hour to transcribe 15 minutes of clearly recorded speech. Copy Typing and editing.
Documents can be formatted to your requirements and either printed on your own headed paper, supplied on disc to enable you to make changes or both. Templates of basic letters and forms can also be created using your company logo, allowing you to enter details and print. VSS can copy type and edit practically any document.
Copy Typing
We are able to copy type your documents which can be sent to us by e-mail, fax or post. We can also track change your documents and return them to you in a manner that suits you.
We can undertake copy typing of Dissertations/Theses etc.

Pitman and RSA to Stage II Part 1 and 2 level with grades of Distinction.
Over 17 years legal assistant/administrator.

Digital Transcription Software that supports transcription of most audio files (e.g. WAV/DSS/MP3/WMA).
