Qualifications For over 25 years I have served in various capacities, implementing policies and maintaining the day-to-day operations of non-profit organizations. Detailed Service Description:
Development of a 501(C) 3 Non-Profit Incorporation Application. $1,750 Filing (this does not include additional filing gees required by the state and/or IRS, as applicable)
Grant Opportunity Research and Development of a Grant Opportunity List Report Development of a detailed report of federal, state, and foundation grant competitions for which you are eligible to apply and likely to be warded. Depending on the type of funding your organization needs, the opportunity list will include anywhere from 20 funding competitions to 50+. I only put the most appropriate funding opportunities in the report which will reduce time and future research efforts as you prepare your annual grant development schedule with my staff. Fee: $500
Business Plan Development. Fee: 2,800
Development of Grant/Procurement/Funding Proposal. Fee: $500 to $3,500 per grant (depending on the length of the grant narrative).
Technical Review of a Grant Proposal: I perform comprehensive editing and technical reviews of your grant proposal prior to its submission or after you have been declined funding. Fee: $500 to $2,000 per project (depending on the length of the grant narrative.)
Grant Evaluation Services As a “third Party” grants evaluation consultant with many years of experience in evaluating government and privately funded grants programs. Hands-on grant writing training will help to increase your chances of winning competitive grants through an understanding of the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process—from planning the program design to writing the final proposal and budget. Daily training fee of $1,500.00 +Expenses (includes travel and minor material expenses).if your organization is interested in hosting a grant writing training workshop.
For those aggressive agencies that need ongoing support in identifying grant competitions I offer a retainer-based service system with cost that typically range from $100-$3500 per month depending on the service need. Retainer services include, but are not limited to, monthly bid list development, ongoing consulting, coordinating agency based grant planning teams, establishing and managing a grant clearinghouse model, RFP/RFA requests teleconferences and in-person strategic planning/grant planning sessions with your board or staff, and much more. Most agencies that use our retainer service find that their return on investment is high and is similar to acquiring the full-time services of a professional with very personalized consistent support.
