Summary
I pride myself in offering a friendly service, taking on board all ideas and suggestions, putting these together with my technical and design knowledge and suggesting a solution. Whilst I will listen to your ideas, if something won't work for any reason, I will take the time to explain this, and suggest alternatives (for example if a colour scheme is not appropriate, a layout will not work with the required content, etc).
My service is ideal for those of you who are starting up new businesses and need to keep your costs low, for newly self-employed personnel who need some assistance or guidance with administration, or for individuals in need of ad hoc IT assistance. I can add a personal touch, at an affordable price, offering you a service you can trust and rely on.
Skills and experience
I have worked in the administrative and secretarial field in a variety of industries (including insurance, real estate, retail and law) for several years. My work experience, combined with the high level of training during my employment, has enabled me to gain a variety of skills that allow me to offer you a cost-effective and innovative service today.
I am passionate about information technology and enjoy designing websites, working on office documents, and fixing complicated formatting problems. It is because I enjoy what I do that I am able to offer services to you at a reasonable price, unlike some of my competitors. I am enthusiastic and efficient, and am happy to assist you by working to tight deadlines. Even under pressure, I can turn documents around quickly and accurately.
Given my strong IT skills and my passion for what I do, I am able to work to tight deadlines whilst still providing a high-quality finished product for you or your business.
I've been involved in web design for the past 3 years and in that time have taken it upon myself to learn as much as I can. I started off with my own personal site and have since gone on to work on a few of external sites including this one, and one for The Chocolate Lounge, an LGBT bar in Kennington, London and The Glass Bar, a women’s members venue in London.
I can produce anything from a one page information site to a multiple-page website to inform your customers of your product. I can tailor the site to your requirements.
All sites I produce are created using CSS style sheets for a fully accessible, compliant website and are validated to ensure compatibility.
