Exposure to MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet Technologies.
· Collecting the timesheets or spreadsheets of each resources working with each project under EF team in Excel format or Integrated Program Management System (IPMS).
· Preparing the Defaulters list of persons who are the defaulters in preparing or updating the timesheets either as mail or in IPMS.
· Collating them and consolidating the total hours spent in a month by each resource.
· Preparing invoices for each projects.
· Preparing Timesheet assessment sheets inorder to analyse the total hours spent by each resources in every projects and their leave details.
· Preparing projects and hours specification sheet inorder to analyse the hours spent by each resources in their shared projects.
